Agreement to Terms
Welcome to WHF Whittier Fencing. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before scheduling any work with us.
Services We Provide
We offer professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services in Whittier, CA and surrounding areas. Our team handles everything from wood and vinyl fences to chain-link and aluminum options.
When you hire us, we commit to completing your project with quality materials and skilled workmanship. You agree to provide clear access to your property and accurate information about your fencing needs.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for all projects. Our quotes are based on the information you give us during the initial consultation. If we discover unexpected conditions once work begins, like underground utilities or property line issues, we will discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding.
Final pricing may change if you request modifications to the original scope of work. We will always get your approval before charging additional fees.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless we agree to different terms in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may request a deposit before starting work.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for your fence project. If you need help with this process, we can guide you, but the final responsibility lies with you as the property owner.
You must also ensure that the fence location complies with local property line regulations and HOA rules. We recommend confirming your property boundaries before we begin installation.
Warranty Information
We stand behind our work with a warranty on labor and craftsmanship. The specific warranty period depends on the type of fence and materials used. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme weather, accidents, or improper maintenance. We will discuss warranty details with you before starting your project.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials and labor already invested.
Liability Limits
We carry insurance to protect both our team and your property. However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked by your local utility companies before we begin work.
You agree to notify us immediately if you notice any issues with our work. This gives us the opportunity to fix problems quickly and maintain our quality standards.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services means you accept any changes to these terms.
